DEDI.CAT.ED. is a project born from the idea of recognising and celebrating places that stand out for their identity, quality and vision. Not as traditional collaborations, but as elective affinities — spaces that share a similar approach, rooted in care, consistency and character.
At its core, the project uses CAT’s white T-shirts as a canvas. Each selected venue interprets them through its own visual language, customising the back and turning the garment into a distinctive and recognisable element of the space. Worn daily by the team, the T-shirt becomes part of the experience — a subtle but visible expression of the place’s identity.
More than an individual story, DEDI.CAT.ED. focuses on collective realities: teams that work side by side, shaping environments through shared values and daily gestures. Through this simple intervention, the project builds a network of places connected not by aesthetics alone, but by a common way of doing things.
Allegra joins DEDI.CAT.ED. as a natural extension of the project — a place where a clear identity, attention to detail and a strong sense of everyday practice come together.
Allegra was founded in Bologna in July 2023 as an all-day hospitality project, spanning from breakfast through to dinner.
Every morning we serve croissants and carefully selected specialty coffee from independent roasters. For lunch and dinner, guests are invited to sit back and enjoy a restaurant inspired by the classic Italian trattoria, reinterpreted in a contemporary way.
Our cuisine is rooted in local ingredients, approached with the sensitivity of those who travel the world. The gastronomic offering is based on seasonality, small-scale agricultural producers, and artisanal wines.
We aim to offer an experience expressed in an informal yet elegant style — one that values quality, ethics, and the pleasure of conviviality.
