Shipping

All orders shipped inside the European Union over €70 include free standard shipping. Orders under €70 will be charged standard shipping.*

*Except for Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg.

Returns

Each order is eligible for one (1) free return. Full return terms, including eligibility and timeframes, are outlined in our Refund Policy (https://catwwr.com/policies/refund-policy).

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my delivery address?
Provided the item has not yet been collected by our courier, we'll do our best to update your preferred address, but we can't guarantee it. Please email cs@catwwr.com as soon as possible. Once the item has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, you can select a separate delivery address at checkout. If you're shopping with us for the first time, we reserve the right to ship your first order to your billing address rather than an alternative shipping address.

What happens if nobody is able to sign for my order?
Our courier will leave a card to confirm they attempted delivery and will try again the following working day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, they'll leave a card asking you to contact them to rearrange delivery at a time or address that suits you. Depending on your local courier, you may also be able to reschedule delivery or arrange collection from a local depot using the tracking details provided.

Is it possible to ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO boxes.
