General Terms

Welcome to the terms of use for catwwr.com. Please read these carefully before placing your order. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding the personal information you provide.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders.

Delivery, Returns and Withdrawal

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on our Shipping Policy page.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, eligibility, and instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason. Full details of how to exercise this right, including timing and refunds, are set out in our Refund Policy. To start a return or cancellation, log in to your account at https://account.catwwr.com.

For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the customer. These charges are outside our control and will be invoiced to you directly by the courier. If you are concerned about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs charges, the customer will be liable for any postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees. These will be deducted from any refund due.

Parcels may be delayed by customs, and charges may be applied at the destination. We have no control over this and cannot provide details of why, or for how long, a parcel may be delayed.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Our Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase already accepted by us in the following situations, among others, without being liable for any damage or costs:

  • the product is not available or in stock (any payment will be refunded);
  • your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
  • your order is flagged by our security systems as unusual or susceptible to fraud;
  • there was an error in the price quoted;
  • we could not deliver to the address provided.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee that a colour will accurately reflect the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, though we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices of products on the website are correct at the time the information was entered onto our system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The applicable VAT will be shown at checkout.

We continually update our online store, and goods are subject to availability. Because there is a delay between placing an order and our acceptance of it, the stock position for particular items may change. If an item becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.

Purchase of Products

When you place an order on our website, we will email you an acknowledgment of your intended order and take payment. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch, at which point the purchase contract is formed.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance may result from the product being unavailable, our being unable to obtain payment authorisation, or the identification of an error in the product information, including price or promotion.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase at any time.

The laws of Ireland govern the contract between us, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment

Payment can be made using the methods displayed at checkout.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate and are correct at the time of entry onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus any delivery charge.

All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payment is taken at the point the order is placed and confirmed.
